Overview
ScopeCreep is a change order and estimate management app built for independent contractors. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Data You Enter
All project data you create in ScopeCreep — including client names, addresses, change order details, costs, and notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is:
* Never uploaded to our servers
* Never shared with third parties
* Only accessible on your device
If you share a PDF from the app, that sharing is initiated entirely by you through iOS's standard share sheet. We have no visibility into what you share or with whom.
Subscription & Payments
ScopeCreep offers optional Premium subscriptions processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect:
* An anonymous App User ID (not linked to your name or Apple ID)
* Purchase transaction data provided by Apple
* Device type and app version for analytics
We do not receive your payment details. All billing is handled by Apple. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Analytics & Tracking
ScopeCreep does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Children's Privacy
ScopeCreep is intended for use by adults running contracting businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13.
Data Deletion
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. This permanently removes all projects, change orders, and associated data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
